Where we ship

We ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, the European Union, Switzerland, and Australia. If your country is not listed at checkout, email team@pawcalm.org and we will see if we can route to you.

Cost

  • Free worldwide shipping on every order, to all destinations. There is no shipping fee.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 16 days from the day your order ships, with some regions taking up to about 20 days. Estimated delivery by destination.

This is an estimate, not a guarantee. International shipping is subject to carrier delays, weather, and customs processing.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to begin updating after the shipment notification, this is normal.

Customs and duties

International customers may be charged duties or import taxes by their country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

For most destinations, the pillow's declared value is low enough that no duties apply. We cannot guarantee this for all jurisdictions.

Address accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute parcels once they have been collected by the carrier. If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we can either reship it at no cost to you or refund the original order.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking has not updated for more than 21 days, or shows "delivered" but the parcel is not at your address, email team@pawcalm.org with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation. Depending on the outcome, we will either reship at our expense or refund in full.
